Job Description

The HRBP associate's job duties will vary, but s/he is mainly responsible for helping the company meet its goals through sound human resources management, and to make our company a better place to work.

Requirements

  • Understand employee opinions, and anticipate their needs and concerns, and own and manage the relationships with several client group business leaders.
  • Proven work experience as HR Specialist/HR supervisor/HRBP associate.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development).
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation.
  • Familiarity with a full cycle of recruiting.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability.
  • Team management skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant fields.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR).
  • This position requires Excellent English skills, so the interviews will be conducted in English.
