The HRBP associate's job duties will vary, but s/he is mainly responsible for helping the company meet its goals through sound human resources management, and to make our company a better place to work.
Requirements
Understand employee opinions, and anticipate their needs and concerns, and own and manage the relationships with several client group business leaders.
Proven work experience as HR Specialist/HR supervisor/HRBP associate.
Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development).
Solid understanding of labor legislation.
Familiarity with a full cycle of recruiting.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability.
Team management skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant fields.
Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR).
This position requires Excellent English skills, so the interviews will be conducted in English.
