Job Description
The senior HR manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources in Hamedan Glass. This role includes developing strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development, managing performance, compensation, and benefits, and fostering a positive and supportive organizational culture. The primary goal of the HR Director is to help create an efficient and dynamic work environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the organization's achievement of its strategic objectives.
Human Resources Strategy:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Ensuring alignment of HR policies with the organization's strategic goals.
- Providing guidance and consultation to senior management on key HR issues and strategic decision-making.
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with the bank's standards and procedures for workforce acquisition.
- Ensuring the recruitment of qualified and suitable candidates who align with the organization's needs.
- Leading the HR team in implementing talent acquisition strategies.
Employee Development and Training:
- Supervising the implementation and execution of performance evaluation systems and professional development programs for employees.
- Ensuring the provision of learning and growth opportunities to enhance individual and professional capabilities.
- Leading the HR team in designing and executing talent development programs.
- Performance Management and Benefits:
- Overseeing the implementation and execution of performance evaluation systems and compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensuring competitive compensation packages through continuous market review and data analysis.
- Collaborating with senior management in developing reward and incentive policies.
Employee Relations and Organizational Culture:
- Leading the HR team in fostering positive relationships between employees and management.
- Overseeing employee engagement programs and promoting a positive and motivational organizational culture.
- Ensuring fair and transparent resolution of employee conflicts and issues.
Human Resources Team Leadership:
- Leading and supervising the HR team's performance to ensure effective implementation of HR programs and policies.
- Coaching and developing the HR team to enhance their capabilities in meeting organizational needs.
- Evaluating the HR team's performance and improving internal processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar disciplines.
- 10 years of proven work experience in senior HR management roles, preferably in the Production industry.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, training and development, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ability to develop HR strategies (compensation and benefits, training, workforce planning, labor relations, administrative services).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English.
