  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new market segments.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and valuable partnerships through market research, networking, and strategic communication to enhance engagement.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Negotiate pricing, sales terms, and service agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure customer needs are met and service delivery is aligned.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and propose improvement strategies.
  • Set and achieve sales and business development targets in line with company strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to measure success in business development and partnership activities.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Marketing Management.
  • Successful work experience in B2B sales or business development with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
