Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and needs and communicate effectively with them.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
  • Estimate or provide prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Prepare sales contracts and order forms.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor products, prices, and sales.
  • Identify potential customers through business listings, follow up on leads from current customers, participate in organizations and clubs, and attend trade shows and conferences.
  • Check inventory levels and reorder items as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with customers and colleagues at various levels.
  • Familiarity with industrial products and processes related to the company's field of activity, and the ability to understand the technical needs of customers.
  • Familiarity with long-term and complex sales cycles and the ability to manage them.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide solutions.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other similar fields.
  • Successful work experience in industrial or B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
