B2B Sales Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for introducing and selling human resources packages to human resources managers/senior managers.

Your Duties:

• Analyzing the needs of customers (human resources managers and senior managers of companies) and providing the best human resources packages to meet these needs.
• Following up on the recruitment process of customers and ensuring that they have achieved the best results in the recruitment process.
• Training and guiding customers in using the site and the recruitment process.
• Helping customers select and search for the best keywords for the resume database.
• Identifying customer problems and satisfying them with appropriate solutions.
• Time management and prioritization to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Introducing and suggesting the best recruitment packages based on the specific needs of each customer.

Requirements:

• Interested in learning quickly and intelligently.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills for selling to senior HR managers.
• Ability to build effective and positive relationships with customers and the sales team.
