Job Description

  • Calculating municipal fees.
  • Reviewing and following up on obtaining permits for water, gas, and telephone excavations from relevant departments.
  • Managing and following up on assigned matters related to municipalities.
  • Following up on obtaining permits for temporary and permanent branches and following up on their installation.
  • Following up on obtaining the required permits for electricity, gas, and water branches and specialized telecommunications permits for providing lines and internet.
  • Reviewing and providing solutions to resolve problems related to branches required for projects under construction.
  • Negotiating with the road manager regarding obtaining traffic and safety permits for projects.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
  • High public relations.
  • Ability to negotiate with experts from relevant departments.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
