Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage internal communications campaigns to engage employees and promote alignment with corporate goals.
- Draft and edit content for internal & external communications.
- Develop and oversee external communications materials, including press releases, social media posts, and corporate presentations.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content for various platforms and audiences
- Monitor and improve the performance of communications materials based on feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for content development.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications channels.
- Conduct market research to understand audience perceptions and brand positioning.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communications campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, suggesting improvements where needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative communications ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years in corporate communications, branding, or content development roles.
- Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital media.
- Brand Alignment: Ability to ensure communications materials are aligned with corporate branding.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office) and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Communications Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools and marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
