Key Responsibilities:

Business Planning:

  • Develop, write, and refine business plans tailored to various industries.
  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to support strategic recommendations.
  • Startup Lifecycle Management:
  • Navigate and oversee key stages of startup projects, including prototype creation and MVP execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Marketing and Branding:

  • Assist in building marketing materials, crafting a cohesive brand identity, and formulating go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide input on social media strategies, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Liaise between internal teams, clients, and partners to align goals and expectations.
  • Present project updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • An MBA degree, or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Professional Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle startup challenges.
  • High attention to detail for reviewing plans, materials, and reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills to coordinate tasks and manage deadlines effectively.

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and facilitating discussions across diverse teams.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with business planning tools (e.g., LivePlan, Excel) and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.

Startup Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with the startup lifecycle, particularly prototype and MVP stages.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Adaptability and Teamwork:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects across varied industries.
  • A collaborative mindset to foster strong working relationships with team members and startup founders.
