Providing daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Providing solutions to increase profitability and business development.
Determining customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions to them.
Identifying new market opportunities and developing appropriate solutions to attract new customers.
Improving the capabilities of products and services after providing market monitoring reports.
Examining the current state of the business in terms of SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats).
Increasing brand awareness and visibility based on press lines.
Finding new and unknown opportunities in the market.
Cooperating with other departments of the company such as marketing, sales, and finance, etc. to achieve business goals.
Support in preparing market planning, positioning, market entry mode, market segmentation, competitive analysis, situational analysis, and communication plan for ATL/BTL in collaboration with the brand and product team for assigned projects.
Follow up on complaints and issues raised, hold meetings with customers, and review requirements and services that can be provided.
Conduct economic feasibility studies of business plans and provide related reports.
Analyze information, create information dashboards, and prepare and compile relevant reports.
Continuously measure customer satisfaction with the way services are provided and report to the unit manager.
Provide specialized advice to key customers.
Requirements:
A degree in Business Administration, or Marketing Management.
At least three years of managerial experience and an excellent understanding of business processes.
Familiarity with writing analytical reports and reporting structures.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with designing and implementing management dashboards and software such as Power BI.
Familiarity with developing justification plans.
Responsible, organized, persistent, and goal-oriented.
