Business Intelligence Developer

Job Description

The BI developer analyzes data, generates insights, and ensures operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Collect, clean, and analyze operational and commercial data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Provide insights to optimize different processes such as sales, production, marketing, etc.
• Design and implement automated reporting tools for ongoing operational analysis.
• Support decision-making through ad hoc analysis and reporting on market trends.
• Create predictive models for operational performance improvement and risk management.
• Develop and execute data quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity.
• Work within the agile-sprint framework to deliver tasks effectively and on time.
• Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting through data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proficient in T-SQL.
• Proficient in Power BI, SSAS, and SSIS.
• Proficient in Dex and macro writing.
• Familiarity with Performance Tuning topics.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
