Service Business Management
• Developing and managing Farnam’s service portfolio in various fields (repairs, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, etc.).
• Analyzing the market and customer needs to define and add new services.
• Collaborating with technical and operational teams to optimize service delivery
Collaboration with Technical Teams and Contractors
• Defining work standards and improving the skill level of technical specialists.
• Developing operational guidelines and standard service processes.
• Monitoring contractor performance and reviewing customer feedback.
Pricing Strategy and Revenue Optimization
• Analyzing sales and cost data to determine competitive pricing.
• Designing discount models and special offers to increase customer acquisition.
• Managing and optimizing revenue based on analytical data.
• Supplying materials and goods for each service.
• Responsibility for the profit and loss of the revenue line.
Customer Interaction and User Experience Management
• Monitoring customer feedback and assessing their satisfaction levels.
• Collaborating with marketing and support teams to improve service reception.
• Designing strategies to optimize the service request process through the application.
Data Analysis and Business Performance Improvement
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing analytical reports.
• Utilizing BI tools to evaluate market trends.

Coordination with Suppliers and Management of Tools and Equipment
• Collaborating with suppliers to access the tools and materials required by technical specialists.
