Requirements

Proficient in analyzing and modeling business processes.
Proficient in analyzing and designing software systems.
Proficient in project management (esp. agile).
Familiar with software design process and documentation.
Familiar with business process modeling tools, UML or BPMN.
Familiar with data analysis methods, dashboard design, and KPIs.
Familiar with database design principles, ERD, and data modeling.
Familiarity with MD360, AI tools, UI/UX design, and programming experience is considered an advantage.
