Job Description

  • Analyze and evaluate current business processes.
  • Prepare a process implementation document for presentation to the technical team
  • Develop an execution procedure for end-users.
  • Establish performance indicators for the identified processes.
  • Collect data and prepare comprehensive reports on process efficiency.
  • Review workflows and optimize processes related to various departments within the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to design and improve business processes.
  • Design new processes aligned with the organization's strategic and operational goals and implement them.
  • Prepare and maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of the organization’s business processes.
  • Identify operational issues and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Update methods and processes based on new requirements and market changes.
  • Process mapping.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in BPMN standards and software such as Visual Paradigm or other relevant tools.
  • A systemic and holistic approach, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Possession of PBA or CBAP certification is an advantage.
