Job Description

  • Optimizing resource allocation.
  • Providing insights, highlighting the performance, market trends, project progress, and pain points (internal and external) for the management to support key business decisions.
  • Data-driven and factual-based report preparations.
  • Enhancing engagements and workflows (with both internal and external stakeholders).
  • Developing incentive schemes based on delivered KPIs and performance of various functions to maintain the employee’s motivation, while accelerating the movement toward objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • High-level understanding of the pharma business dynamic in Iran.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
