We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced C-level executive assistant to provide comprehensive support to C-Level executive planning and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, including the CEO, CFO, and COO.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls.
Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes.
Facilitate communication and follow-up on action items from meetings.
Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
Requirements:
+5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed.
