Job Description

  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s policies.
  • Ensure that salaries and benefits are consistent with both external and internal equity.
  • Research C&B trends and review compensation surveys.
  • Assess and develop the organization’s pay structure.
  • Responsible for budget planning and budget monitoring of all HR activities.
  • Responsible for preparing different C&B reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a C&B Supervisor or similar roles.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Very careful and precise.
