Job Description
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s policies.
- Ensure that salaries and benefits are consistent with both external and internal equity.
- Research C&B trends and review compensation surveys.
- Assess and develop the organization’s pay structure.
- Responsible for budget planning and budget monitoring of all HR activities.
- Responsible for preparing different C&B reports.
Requirements:
- Experience as a C&B Supervisor or similar roles.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Very careful and precise.
