Job Description
- Monitors the progress of construction, modernization, and reconstruction of production facilities.
- Analyzes and provides operational reports on the compliance of the submitted work plans with current indicators.
- Takes part in carrying out simultaneous works by coordinating departments.
- Prohibits the production of works in violation of technological regimes, safety regulations, and fire safety.
- Timely provides the collected and prepared information by the established forms.
- In case of emergencies, ensures prompt informing of the management.
- Assumes operational management, at the first stage of an emergency, to exclude the development of an incident.
- Prepares and provides statistical, managerial, and other required reports.
- Performs any related tasks that are assigned by line and functional managers.
Requirements
- Higher professional education in production operations or construction.
- Experience in international projects.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
- At least five years of experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Professional knowledge of operations or construction.
- Tolerance, system thinking, and ability to organize the work of contractors.
- Experience with facility construction, commissioning, and production operation.
- Operational thinking.
- Knowledge of psychology and methods of managing people.
- Ability to negotiate.
- High level of skills in monitoring the implementation of tasks.
