Job Description
As the city manager, you will play a vital role in crafting and executing policies, harmonizing interdepartmental activities, and steering the business toward achieving robust growth and profitability. You'll oversee and assess departmental progress, ensuring alignment with predetermined business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the status of the business service level and performance, identify challenges, and propose solutions
- Oversee crucial projects, performance reports, and analyses, providing insights and guidance.
- Build a data-driven decision-making culture in all functions.
- Participate in formulating and administering policies and coordinating all divisional
- department activities to develop and meet business and profitability growth objectives.
- Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecasting data to determine
- department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Confer with the team to review target achievements.
- Follow up initiatives and ensure we are on track.
- Develop, prioritize, review, update, and implement strategic business planning,
- including operations, financial performance, marketing, and product enhancement.
- Oversee operations to ensure minimum cost, and to meet demand growth.
- Oversee key projects, processes, performance reports, data, and analyses.
- Review and approve the preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning, implementation, and financial reporting.
- Engage with the media and press, to create publicity for TAPSI's brand.
- Establish and manage relationships with government and regulatory organizations.
- Guide the marketing team in developing user growth strategies.
- Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Data-driven mindset and sound business judgment.
- Very hands-on and proven executive track record.
- People management and leadership.
- Strong creative and critical thinking capability.
- Hands-on and have a get-things-done attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills to create efficient business processes.
