Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address legal issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct legal research to support contract development and dispute resolution.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with contractual terms and agreements.
• Maintain an organized system of physical and digital contracts.
• Liaise with external legal advisors as necessary.
