Job Description

  • Lead the creative direction and vision for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative strategies that effectively communicate the brand's message and engage the target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and marketers to execute creative concepts.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to designers, ensuring high-quality visual assets that meet project requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to drive innovation in visual storytelling.
  • Develop visually compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs for various l marketing assets such as websites, landing pages, social media graphics, billboards, and brand book CI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales divisions in creating marketing plans and aligning team priorities with business objectives so that high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in visual communication principles and techniques, including layout, composition, color theory, typography, and graphic design.
  • Ability to effectively convey brand messaging and evoke desired emotions through visual elements.
  • Strong leadership skills to provide creative direction and guide the team in developing compelling and innovative digital marketing visuals.
  • Ability to translate brand objectives into creative concepts and strategies.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of design tools specific to digital platforms, such as prototyping software and motion graphics tools and Figma is a pulse.
  • +10 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives.
  • Experience as an art director.
