Job Description

  • Planning and implementing CRM strategies.
  • Collecting data and providing reports needed to the senior management of the organization at different times.
  • Sorting the company's strategy and approaches according to the analyses done.
  • Tracing customer transactions and handling complaints of dissatisfied customers.
  • Measuring customer satisfaction with related standards and presenting reports and charts required to the senior management of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in CRM and measuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluent in the principles and basics of organizational processes (Process Map).
  • Strategic planning thinking.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Mastery of CRM software, data management, and other standard programs.
