Job Description

  • Support implementation of internal communications.
  • Act as the main support to transformation projects in communication strategy.
  • Contribute to specific communication channels and activities.
  • Coordinate business meetings and other corporate events.
  • Support the implementation of action plans to address the results of Employee Surveys and to boost local employee engagement.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of a corporate internal communications plan.
  • Support the change management and embedment of Bel culture/values in all company sites.
  • Maintain close contacts with senior managers and a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Support internal teams and functions in the organization of marketing and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding media relations and digital media strategies.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Solid editing and researching skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.
