Job Description
- Support implementation of internal communications.
- Act as the main support to transformation projects in communication strategy.
- Contribute to specific communication channels and activities.
- Coordinate business meetings and other corporate events.
- Support the implementation of action plans to address the results of Employee Surveys and to boost local employee engagement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of a corporate internal communications plan.
- Support the change management and embedment of Bel culture/values in all company sites.
- Maintain close contacts with senior managers and a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Support internal teams and functions in the organization of marketing and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Understanding media relations and digital media strategies.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid editing and researching skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
