Job Description

  • Provide telephone and online support to customers.
  • Respond to user questions and issues as quickly as possible.
  • Follow up on customer issues until resolution.
  • Educate customers on the use of the company's products and services.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer support.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar general software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), other related software, and social networks is an advantage.
