We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to extract valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their business needs, devise effective data collection methods, and develop innovative analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of data analysis techniques, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of statistical concepts.

Responsibilities:

Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and outliers, and
effectively communicate discoveries to stakeholders.
Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators
(KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
Utilize statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling to unearth valuable
insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and
translate them into actionable data analysis tasks.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data analysis and insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL and Python.
Experience with Marketing Data Platforms Like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Kibana, and Tableau.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and critically.
Excellent communication, presentation, and Storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong grasp of statistical concepts and hands-on experience with statistical analysis techniques.
