Job Description
- Maintain and test different batteries.
- Configure different electrical enclosures.
- Maintain grounding equipment.
- Electrical cabling, power plugs, and sockets, electrical enclosure.
- Maintain the diesel generator and its equipment.
- Handle fire alarm systems.
- Configure racks, rails, shelves, mounts, and other equipment in the server room.
- Work with patch panels, Keystone, and other network equipment.
Requirements
- Familiar with Direct Current Systems such as UPS Panels, Electrical Panels, and Generators.
- Familiar with the usage and maintenance of access control systems.
- Familiar with the usage and maintenance of control and monitoring systems.
- Familiar with cooling systems.
- Familiar with principles and equipment of electrical measurement.
- Familiar with different Fire Suppression Systems.
- Familiar with Structured Cabling.
- Ability to work with technical drawings.
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering (Power, Telecommunications, Control, Electronics), Computer Engineering, IT, or ICT.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of the telecommunication industry.
- Ability to work off hours depending on network outages and customer requests.
- Familiarity with data center equipment (active, passive, monitoring).
- Work in shift (12/36).
