Job Description
Sepid System Sharif is looking for a software technical support head who is experienced in the deployment, training and support of enterprise software solutions. Our software systems are web-based and mainly use Microsoft technologies. Your main responsibilities are: - Managing the team in deployment of our software-hardware based solutions on the customer’s site - Customer training - Customer follow-up - Troubleshooting the issues, reporting and resolving - Communicating with and supporting the customers - Excellent communication with R&D, Management and Sales - Documentation
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills - Teamwork skills - Critical thinker who can quickly understand a problem and identify a solution - 2+ years of experience in web-based software deployment and support - Expert in database concepts and SQL Server DBMS - Expert in T-SQL (query, stored procedure, trigger, job, ...) - Experience in Windows Server features (IIS, Active Directory, ...) - Skilled, patient and energetic in communication with customers - Familiar with computer network fundamentals and protocols - Familiar with software testing - Good working knowledge of English
