Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic digital marketing supervisor to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive impactful online campaigns. In this role, you will oversee a team of marketers, strategize and implement digital initiatives, and ensure the success of our online presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of content marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Ad Manager, and prepare reports to measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the management of company websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Certification in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) is highly desirable.
