Job Description

  • Own and lead driver’s loyalty club including getting driver incentives, service design, and operation.
  • Analyze the loyalty program performance.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with external vendors and partners.
  • Asses and work with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes.
  • Coordinate external contractors and service suppliers.
  • Close cooperation with other departments in order to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes, and configurations.
  • Cooperate with the product team with regard to application configuration and enhancements.
  • Expand the lifetime value of drivers and create more engagement with them as one of Tapsi's main stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in relevant majors like Marketing, Management, or an MBA graduate.
  • +4 years of relevant experience (business development, marketing, trade, sales).
  • Experience in campaign and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi-task across multiple tasks (prioritization setting and workload allocation).
  • Data-driven mindset and sound business judgment.
  • Hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical skills.
