Job Description
Responsibilities: - Ability to lead and manage technical teams, motivate and develop team members
- The ability to plan, organize and manage complex design and construction projects, from the idea stage to production
Ability to motivate and lead the team to achieve goals
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts between team members or with other departments
- Design and development of electrical systems and equipment
-Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment
- map reading; Reading electronic maps
- Mastering the design of analog and digital circuits, component selection, and circuit performance analysis
- Complete familiarity with national and international standards related to the design and manufacture of electronic products
Familiarity with electronic product manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing and packaging
Engineering plans or specifications for the construction, relocation, or installation of equipment, products, or systems.
- Full familiarity with all production steps including production planning, quality control, equipment maintenance, and supply chain management
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment and technologies: thorough understanding of machinery and tools used in the production of electronic products, including SMT machines, soldering, testing and measurement.
Direct manager: CEO and board members.

Duration of trial contract: 1 month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:30 to 16:30.
