Job Description

The objective of the role:

  • Keep the business on the technology edge.
  • Find the best solution to improve the performance of the organization.

List of Responsibilities:

  • Get new software problems.
  • Bug analysis and follow-up to fix it.
  • Receive the needs of the organization.
  • Analyze, provide solutions, and follow them to apply them in the system.
  • Interact with the development team and the organization.
  • Perform related technical tests.
  • Report to the ICT manager.
  • Probation period: 3 Months.
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Travel requirements: Travel regularly to factories and cities around the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software or IT Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Latest technology knowledge.
  • Familiarity with conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with teaching and mentoring.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working in ERP.
  • Familiarity with process monitoring and system analysis.
  • Familiarity with the principles of reporting.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical thinking.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Adaptability.
  • Responsible.
  • Interested in continuous learning and personal development.
