ERP Sales Supervisor

Job Description

An ERP Sales Supervisor is responsible to Support efficiently application System such as Sales Buzz , Soti and ERP for branch parts and government system (Samaneh tejarat and warehouse Samaneh).

Key Accountabilities:

• Solve the problems of users from different part of Sales Buzz (creating Order, dispatching parts, delivering and also transferring Order, Journey plan).
•Develop and support new government system (Samaneh tejarat and Samaneh warehouse) and delivery tracking system (Optime).
•Support hardware of mobile and PDA, Enroll and unroll devices in Soti, mange Soti control for branch.
•Develop new reports from business applications | Modify existing reports in Sales Buzz.
•Go to mission to investigate branch problem.
•Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
•Day- to-day Operations: Supervises the day-to-day operations of Sales related Applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
•Health, Safety, & Environment: Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
