  • Coordinating and planning of meetings and events.
  • Managing documents and daily correspondence.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and quick response to customer needs.
  • Supporting the management team by performing administrative and executive tasks.
  • Preparing and presenting periodic work reports to inform the management.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal reasoning and effective communication skills.
  • High ability in time management and prioritizing tasks.
  • High understanding of the principles of business ethics and professional conduct.
  • Experience in similar roles is considered an advantage.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking is considered an advantage.
