Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plans for export business growth and entry into new international markets
- Identifying and attracting new customers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and payment terms, and achieving sales targets
- Conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and identifying new opportunities for products in target markets
- Coordinating with internal teams (Production, Supply Chain, Quality Control, and Finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper shipment of goods
- Selecting cost-effective shipping methods and ensuring the integrity of the cold chain for sensitive products (such as ice cream and dairy products)
- Leading, guiding, and training the export sales team to achieve established goals
- Supervising the accurate preparation and completion of required export documents by the subordinate team
- Preparing annual budgets, forecasting sales, and presenting performance reports to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- At least 7 years of managerial or executive experience in the export field, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, and ideally in the food industry (dairy, ice cream, beverages)
- Complete mastery of export processes, documentation, regulations, and international shipping terms
- Strong ability in market analysis and strategic planning
- Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management (customers, internal teams, etc.)
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English (a second language is considered a plus)
