The field service and IT engineering intern will develop practical skills from deploying cutting-edge technologies to collaborating with clients to solve problems efficiently skills that will set you apart in today's competitive job market. The field service and IT engineering intern reports to the service team lead.

You are expected to adhere through your conduct to all applicable laws and regulations as well as to the high integrity standards as set forth by Roche.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Providing technical support for Roche Pars products, analyzers, and systems.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining Roche Pars products, and documenting and reporting all service activities in compliance with Roche standards.
  • Extend support with all customer-related documents.
  • Ensure software and hardware upgrades of Roche systems. Deliver high uptime of systems and customer satisfaction.
  • Extend regional support if requested for a line of expertise.

Who You Are:

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Strong in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with IT, Computer Science, Automation, or Networking is a Plus.
  • Committed to excellence in service beyond the usual normal working hours and conditions.
  • Eager to learn and gain experience with a professional team.
  • Fluent in Farsi and familiar with English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Flexible, mobile, and willing to travel to customer sites.
  • An end-of-service/exemption card is mandatory for men.
