The LMT site is located in Barkat Pharmaceutical Industrial City, Alborz Province, and went into operation in 2020, and has 160 employees in total. The manufacturing site handles the assembly and packaging production of Novo Nordisk’s FlexPen® sold in Iran with modern insulin (NovoRapid®, NovoMix®30, Levemir®) and Victoza®.

The position:

As finance controller, you will:

  • Finance partnering for all departments by supporting budget planning, tracking, and decision-making.
  • Lead monthly and year-end closing and stock counting.
  • Ensure financial compliance in production (variance reports, inventory adjustments, material master data, GI/GR/activity confirmation reconciliation, production orders check and review, etc).
  • Manage fixed assets accounting and inventory counts, including preparation of data for asset creation and overseeing investment projects, including work breakdown structure (WBS) management and investment follow-up.
  • Ensure internal controls are being followed by all area owners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of industrial experience in finance and business controlling.
  • Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
  • Working independently and a dedicated team player with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
