Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated franchise manager to join our team at Khodro 45. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the activities and performance of sales dealerships while contributing to process improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities and performance of sales dealerships.
  • Plan and implement strategies to establish and expand new dealership networks in various geographic areas.
  • Analyze sales data to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and quality of services provided by dealerships and offer constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with dealership managers to improve processes and boost sales.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management regarding dealership performance.
  • Participate in planning and executing marketing strategies for dealerships.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all dealerships and oversee the delivery of required dealership materials.
  • Identify suitable locations for establishing new dealerships and provide necessary recommendations.

Requirements:
