Job Description
ZN Vostok (ZNV) seeks a Head of Civil Construction to lead our construction projects in Tehran. You will oversee all aspects of civil engineering within our oil and gas production, oil refining, and petrochemical facilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. As a manager, you will drive collaboration across teams, streamline processes, and negotiate with external contractors to optimize project efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Manage and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in a management role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector is a plus.
