Manage and supervise the placement and layout of devices and assembly lines and the flow of materials inside the production halls along with the design of warehouses at the end of the line.
Monitor and validate capacity measurement and estimation of equipment, machinery, manpower and all resources needed to produce parts and products based on product sales forecast.
Manage optimization methods of production processes using lean production techniques.
Lead, motivate, and support the sub-team.
Direct personnel and subordinates to achieve organizational goals.
Determine the team's key performance indicators and ensure their realization.
