Job Description

  • Manage to provide general services and support to the central office staff, including lunch provision and other catering matters, catering methods, workplace cleanliness, and other environmental services.
  • Manage to build facilities, including maintenance and repairs of all cooling, heating, facade, and decoration equipment, document circulation, and coordination in the purchase and procurement of items, supplies, and equipment needed for the central office.
  • Control principles and fundamentals of protocols.
  • Manage goods entry and exit, arrangement, and organization of warehouse items.
  • Evaluate suppliers and their comparison.
  • Document management.
  • Systematic application of management policies, procedures, and processes related to risk.
  • Analysis, assessment, and control activities.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with ISO 55001 standard.
  • Bachelor's degree in Humanities.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in industrial management.
