Job Description

As the head of media and communication office, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital media management and digital campaign execution. This includes managing the strategy, planning, and execution of our digital content. You will lead a talented team of media and communication professionals to enhance SEP’s online presence, ensuring alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that align with SEP’s overall business objectives. This includes developing content calendars and digital content strategies that effectively reach our target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, and digital PR. Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and deliver measurable results.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize advanced analytical tools to monitor and analyze digital advertising performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of media and communications specialists, including an SEO expert, social media expert, PR specialist, and content creator and copywriter. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
  • Content Creation and Oversight: Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality digital content. Ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for various digital platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the communications and brand development team and other departments. Work closely with senior management to align media strategies with company goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage the media budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing campaign impact.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital media and marketing technologies. Implement new strategies and tools to keep SEP ahead of the curve.
  • Influencer Marketing: A strong understanding of influencer marketing is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with Iranian influencers, managing relationships, and leveraging their reach to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in digital media management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, digital PR, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the payment industry is a significant advantage.
