Job Description

  • Liaising between development teams and product owners.
  • Managing the service analysis team.
  • Managing projects.
  • Liaising with the service support team.
  • Prioritizing and dividing projects and tasks between development teams.
  • Analyzing and documenting systems.
  • Identifying obstacles and bottlenecks faced by software development teams.
  • Monitoring project progress.
  • Preparing project status reports.
  • Managing project management tools (JIRA).

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of specialized work experience in analysis and design.
  • Experience in managing ICT contractors.
  • Skill in analyzing data and inter-unit operational processes.
  • Proficient in preparing and presenting financial and operational reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in programming.
  • Familiarity with Web API and databases.
  • Proficient in standardization.
  • Deep knowledge of data mining and modeling (an advantage).
