Job Description

  • Deliver technical support to end-users, resolving software and hardware issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in diagnosing network problems and providing solutions to maintain an uninterrupted workflow.
  • Configure and maintain Exchange Server to ensure continuous and secure email communication.
  • Document and track reported issues, solutions, and maintain a log for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and provide comprehensive user training sessions.
  • Manage user accounts, credentials, and permissions in accordance with IT policies.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and a strong understanding of Network+.
  • Experience with Exchange Server and understanding of its functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
