Job Description

 We are looking for a help desk engineer with the following skills:

OPERATING SYSTEMS:

  • Familiarity with the installation and troubleshooting of Windows.
  • Familiarity with Linux is a plus.

GENERAL SOFTWARE:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiar with web browsers (Chrome, Firefox).

Networking:

  • Understanding TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Network
  • Ability to set up modems, routers, configure LAN settings, and work with switches

HARDWARE TROUBLESHOOTING:

  • Familiarity with diagnosing and fixing issues with keyboards, monitors, all-in-one PCs, printers, and other peripherals.

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION:

  • Familiarity with installing antivirus software.
  • Familiarity with updating Windows and drivers, installing printers, and other necessary tools.
