Responsibilities:
Design and implement gamification frameworks to enhance employee participation in HR processes (e.g., learning & development, feedback cycles, onboarding, and internal challenges).
Develop game-based challenges and reward systems to foster collaboration and motivation.
Integrate leaderboards, achievement badges, and point-based systems into internal platforms
Organize and manage internal events, including team-building activities, corporate celebrations, HR campaigns, and employee engagement programs.
Lead creative initiatives for company-wide events, seasonal celebrations, and employee recognition programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute engaging HR-driven events.
Gather employee feedback to measure the impact of gamification strategies and events.
Analyze engagement data to improve and optimize future programs.
Provide reports on gamification effectiveness and propose data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Game Design, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 years of experience in designing and executing corporate events, gamification programs, or employee engagement strategies.
Experience in HR, Employer Branding, or People & Culture teams is a plus.
Experience working with internal communication teams or HR departments is a plus.
Strong knowledge of gamification principles and engagement psychology.
Experience with event planning and project management tools.
Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).
Familiarity with internal communication tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Workplace).
Ability to analyze and interpret employee engagement data.
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and create engaging employee experiences.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Agility & Problem-Solving: Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
