Job Description

We are looking for a colleague in the Steel Alborz and Seven Diamonds Industries Group to accompany the human resources planning and development team in performing the following tasks:

  • Analyze and interpret HR data.
  • Implement performance management systems to ensure effective performance evaluation and feedback processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and department managers to identify current and future training needs.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Organize training events.
  • Conduct regular organizational assessments to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Make intra-organizational and extra-organizational coordination to hold training courses.
  • Document the effectiveness of educational measures.
  • Analyze and prepare requested reports in human resource planning and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, HRM, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Age range: 24 to 28 years old.
