We are looking for a colleague in the Steel Alborz and Seven Diamonds Industries Group to accompany the human resources planning and development team in performing the following tasks:
Analyze and interpret HR data.
Implement performance management systems to ensure effective performance evaluation and feedback processes.
Collaborate with the HR team and department managers to identify current and future training needs.
Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Organize training events.
Conduct regular organizational assessments to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them.
Make intra-organizational and extra-organizational coordination to hold training courses.
Document the effectiveness of educational measures.
Analyze and prepare requested reports in human resource planning and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, HRM, or a related field.
