Job description:
- Performance management (participating in localization and model design, designing individual development sessions, standardizing key performance indicators, finding process complications, etc.)
- Organizational belonging projects (participation in the design and implementation of organizational recognition and belonging systems)
- Competency model and job IDs (participating in compiling and updating job IDs and organizational competency model)
- Organizational culture (participating in the design and implementation of programs related to organizational culture, including the development of codes of conduct, etc.)
- Organizational structure (participation in the design and implementation of organizational structures)
- Attitude measurement of employees (participation in analysis, finding complications, and providing improvement solutions)
- Continuous interaction and participation with the HR data analysis team
Qualifying conditions:
- Up-to-date theoretical knowledge about human resources and the development of people and organizations
- Successful experience in implementing basic human resources processes, including competency framework and job ID
- Successful implementation experience and expertise in the field of performance management systems
Active participation in at least two other human resource development processes, including structure design, career path design, talent management, organizational culture, etc.
