We seek an HR director to manage our group’s HR departments. The ideal candidate must have solid leadership skills and a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies, preferably in an FMCG/distribution company.
Responsibilities:
Develop HR strategies/standards that align with Sunich Group’s goals.
Work with the group’s HR managers to align HR strategies with the company’s overall strategy.
Track HR metrics to analyze the performance of HR initiatives.
Headhunting and recruiting talents.
Establish a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits policy comparing other companies within the industry.
Design and Implement succession planning to recognize and promote top talents.
Analyze and improve performance management systems/KPIs to support continued development at all levels.
Report to the group board.
Requirements
Master's degree or a PhD in Human Resources Management, Business-related subjects from a reputable university.
At least 15 years of solid HR experience, with at least 7 to 8 years of experience in managerial positions focused on recruitment, compensation, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Strong knowledge of all aspects of HR functions (having a PHRi certificate is a plus).
Ability to think strategically, problem-solving, and make sound business decisions.
