Job Description

  • Maintain and process personnel-related documents.
  • Follow up on job applications, post advertisements, and conduct job interviews.
  • Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
  • Collect personnel records.
  • Ensure employee health and mental safety.
  • Follow up on legal and regulatory issues.
  • Create a suitable organizational culture.
  • Guide the path to promoting the employer brand.
  • Communicate effectively with different people.
  • Direct manager: Human Resources Manager.
  • Probation period: 1 month.
  • Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 am to 6 pm; Thursdays from 9 am to 1 pm.
