Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations by handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Assist in performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Contribute to learning & development initiatives, supporting employee upskilling and career growth.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle HR data and reporting, analyzing trends to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and labor law regulations to ensure compliance and HR policy improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or related HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
