Job Description

  • Ensuring the timely receipt of information (forms and documents), daily and periodical reports from the production office or production units and performing the necessary controls according to the case, and providing daily and periodical reports (timesheet, warehouse management, entry, and exit control warehouse, checking the amount of production based on nominal and actual capacities, identifying deviations and announcing them, and checking the causes of deviations).
  • Ensuring the correctness of the information in the reporting and costing circle, based on which periodical costing documents are prepared.
  • Monitoring and reporting on production, waste, and warehousing at the end of the month
  • Checking the results of the activity of different production centers and analyzing possible discrepancies.
  • Checking and approving requests to create, remove, or change procedures, production lines, and manufacturing.
  • Inventory control based on organization policy.
  • Controlling the organization's purchase program based on the latest manufacturing order.
  • Gathering the information needed to prepare management reports.
  • Report weekly deviation of consumption of materials and necessities and deviation of personnel's work.
  • Determining and implementing rules that reduce costs and save money.
  • Announcing work and system proposals to improve and streamline procedures.

Requirements

  • Proficient in financial and costing software.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
